Using blogger-
It has been easier as now I am much more familiar with the blogger website and have become much more aware of how to keep up to date and use the variety of different technologies to keep my blog in itself individualUsing other technologies-
Using all of the websites and the most used one being either photo-bucket or youtube has helped me develop my skills within my blogging use. I feel like i have the ability to delve deep into each and everyone of my blogs more because of the mass variety of technologies at my disposal. The use of camera-
I have found that using the camera and learning how to try and get music in sync etc has been very hard but well worth it because I am very proud of our music video all in all. The hard thing with the camera is the battery and the memory because you could easily film loads and loads you just need to remember you don't have the memory and battery to do it.Blogging overall. I believe my blog has been very successful in terms of research. The blog we did on rita ora and her video and how we wanted to incorporate this editing shot into our video and also the blog we did on the filming we were going to and the shots we took of waterloo and the graffiti tunnel. Our planning was mostly done on group blogs, looking back now we should have done some individual planning blogs. The planning blog that we did do individually was the one on videos of influence I am quite proud of this blog as it shows my individual insight to the reasons that these videos have influenced our music video. I believe the blog on the Facebook and what our average audience member would looked like gave us more insight into how to approach the video when producing it. I enjoyed doing the audience task and learning and trying to analyse what Paul Willis said about music videos in relation to their audiences. This made me really think about the message our video will give out and the message that I wanted to be seen by the audience. I wanted our video to give the feeling of female empowerment and the idea that all women have a fire and I wanted all the shots to explain this with women and their independence and standing up strong.
The blog I am most proud of is the one where I go into detail about the different theories of music videos with Carol Versailles, Andrew Goodwin and Laura Mulvey. I enjoyed analysing music videos and finding out what each represented and the different effects they have. The reason I am most proud of this blog is because it opened my eyes to see what music videos convey things that I would usually just look past and not see.
