Nicki Minaj, who relates to our genre and audience as her music appeals to the younger generation who listen r&b and hip hop music. Her advertisement was appealing towards her audience through the use of colour. The image she used of herself was definitely edited in a creative and artistic way to express herself as an artist. With our genre being the same, this could be something I take into consideration when making my own digipak.

What do they all have in common? I've realized that the main focus on advertisements in newspapers and magazines all create emphasis on the tours that they will be doing, the images and the colour they use to attract their target audience. They also have links to their own website and special guests that will be supporting them on tour.
