 My approach to planning this year's production varies to last year's approach. This is mostly because last year we completely stuck by to the storyboard which made it extremely easy in terms of filming. Whereas, this year we had not stuck to the storyboard and instead we kind of went along with what had imagined in our minds. Although this resulted in not enough footage of a particular shot and prolonged our filming sessions, we were still extremely prepared in terms of props/mise-en-scene. Also, I had blogged a number of planning and inspiration posts regarding the production which was extremely helpful. Moreover, last year I only had a few locations that we had to film in, this year we had a vary of locations including green screen and therefore had to plan carefully regarding our performers image as there were certain rules we had to abide by. Overall, there was a lot more planning regarding production this year as opposed to planning last years production.
