EVALUATION: Q4

Audience feedback on my music video was achieved very well as it was played at a cinema along with everyone else in my year group. It aired at 'The Screen'

Below are some of the things people had to say about it.

When asking Nancy & Angel what they had thought about my they had thought that it was very entertaining especially since it was the first one to be shown and that the artist had took on the role very well. Also when I asked them about the editing used with the lips scene they said that that was what had brought out the genre more.
However, they did express a few improvements that could have been made such as the dancers. They thought that their choreography and outfits should have been more planned which now looking back I can see what they mean.

The images above show that the dancers are not as organised costumewise. I think if I had a chance to do it again I would plan out their  outfit and make sure they were all able to learn the dance properly. As they were students from my college we had limited time do our film and them to had stuff that needed to be done.

Fabiola also enjoyed my music video she expresses both the strengths and weaknesses of it. I like the way she emphasised on the performance of the artist (me;}) and also the locations which she felt explained and suited the genre along with the dancers. The night shots are also something she liked too. Again, Fabiola explains that there should have been more camera movements. She uses the term 'static' which she felt it was like with the dancers.
I've learned from what she has said because watching back my music video I can see that there wasn't enough movement when it came to the dancers. There was a time I got this sort of feedback from my teacher who wanted us to go and re-film them but it was unfortunately not possible for them. So again I would say next time when I plan to do a video which requires dancers or just in general make sure there are various of shots not just a long-shot because it gives me nowhere to cut to which is important.
