Skills Audit

Thinking back to how I done my research for my AS practical work I feel that it has helped in me in trying to develop the skills I have.
Last year I had to research some background work on mental illness as our opening to a thriller was about a child suffering from schitzophrenia. That taught me a lot of stuff I didnt really know. Now doing music videos I feel like my research for this will be easier as I also learnt about the music industry in AS and can now relate some of them stuff back to what I'm doing now. I do also feel that time management was another type of skill I had to develop, even though we was a group we all had designated tasks to carry out.
I hope to be able to learn more skills in the A2 part of Media aswell :)

Reflection on blogging task so far

So far, I think my blogging tasks have gone well. The strongest posts have been the blogs about Vernalisis' theory, Andrew Goodwin and the anaylsis of the Frank Ocean video. I was pleased with these because I managed to write a decent amount as well as making them visual as well.

Overall, to improve, I think I need to incorperate more aspects of different media into my blogs because the ones with just long paragraphs of text look quite dull to look at. 

3 targets to improve blogging:

1. Blog more frequently.
2. Include more different types of media.
3. Make blogs more detailed
